Welcome! My name is Sarah Anderson. My husband, Bryan, and I started a weight loss journey in January 2017. What started as a traditional low-carb/high protein diet, gradually (and deliciously) turned into a strict ketogenic diet. We have achieved huge success with this way of eating, but we have also experienced our share of mistakes and setbacks along the way.
