BACON-WRAPPED MEATLOAF

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs 80/20 ground beef

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 Tbsp minced onion

  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 8 bacon slices

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375F.

  • Thoroughly mix all ingredients, except the bacon. Form one loaf.

  • Place loaf in glass baking dish.

  • Lay 3 pieces of bacon lengthwise on top of the meatloaf. Cut remaining bacon pieces in half. Weave smaller bacon pieces horizontally across meatloaf.

  • Cover baking dish.

  • Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes.
