BACON-WRAPPED MEATLOAF
Ingredients:
2 lbs 80/20 ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp minced onion
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
8 bacon slices
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Thoroughly mix all ingredients, except the bacon. Form one loaf.
Place loaf in glass baking dish.
Lay 3 pieces of bacon lengthwise on top of the meatloaf. Cut remaining bacon pieces in half. Weave smaller bacon pieces horizontally across meatloaf.
Cover baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes.
