CABBAGE STEAKS

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cabbage

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • Garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400F.

  • Trim stem off cabbage head and remove outer leaves. Wash remaining cabbage head thoroughly.

  • Cut into "steaks" 1-1.5 inch thick

  • Brush both sides of each steak with olive oil and season with garlic, salt and pepper.

  • Bake 30-40 minutes or until edges are brown.
