1 head of cabbage
2 Tbsp olive oil
Garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400F.
Trim stem off cabbage head and remove outer leaves. Wash remaining cabbage head thoroughly.
Cut into "steaks" 1-1.5 inch thick
Brush both sides of each steak with olive oil and season with garlic, salt and pepper.
Bake 30-40 minutes or until edges are brown.
