FATHEAD PIZZA CRUST
1 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella
3/4 cup almond flour
2 Tbsp cream cheese
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
Preheat oven to 425F.
Mix shredded cheese and almond flour in microwaveable bowl. Add cream cheese. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.
Stir, then microwave on HIGH for another 30 seconds.
Mix in the egg and the rosemary.
Place in between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll into a circular pizza shape. Remove the top parchment.
Slide the bottom parchment with the rolled dough onto a baking tray and bake at 425F for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
