FATHEAD PIZZA CRUST

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella

  • 3/4 cup almond flour

  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 425F.

  • Mix shredded cheese and almond flour in microwaveable bowl. Add cream cheese. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.

  • Stir, then microwave on HIGH for another 30 seconds.

  • Mix in the egg and the rosemary.

  • Place in between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll into a circular pizza shape. Remove the top parchment.

  • Slide the bottom parchment with the rolled dough onto a baking tray and bake at 425F for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
