2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup Stevia
Preheat oven to 300F.
Mix all ingredients in medium mixing bowl.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 5 minutes. Remove and press dough down with a fork.
Return to oven and cook for 18-20 minutes.
