PEPPER STEAK
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs beef stew meat, seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
3 green bell peppers, chopped
1 cup white mushrooms
1 stick salted butter, chopped
1 packet Au Jus gravy seasoning mix
INSTRUCTIONS
Grease Crock Pot insert.
Place half the peppers and mushrooms on the bottom, top with half the meat. Repeat the layers.
Place butter and gravy packet on top.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve on top of riced or mashed cauliflower.
