OVEN ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS WITH BACON

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz Brussel Sprouts, cleaned and halved

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • 5-6 slices bacon, chopped


Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 425F.

  • Toss Brussel Sprouts in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place cut-side down on baking sheet.

  • Top with bacon.

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
