OVEN ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS WITH BACON
Ingredients:
16 oz Brussel Sprouts, cleaned and halved
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
5-6 slices bacon, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425F.
Toss Brussel Sprouts in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place cut-side down on baking sheet.
Top with bacon.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
