1 block cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Low carb pizza sauce
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix together cream cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic with an electric mixer. Beat until smooth.
Pour into glass 13x9 baking dish.
Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
Remove and let cool slightly. Top with sauce, mozzarella cheese, and desired pizza toppings.
Return to oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
