PIZZA CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

  • 1 block cream cheese, softened

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

  • Low carb pizza sauce

  • Mozzarella cheese

  • Pizza toppings

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350F.

  • Mix together cream cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic with an electric mixer. Beat until smooth.

  • Pour into glass 13x9 baking dish. 

  • Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.

  • Remove and let cool slightly. Top with sauce, mozzarella cheese, and desired pizza toppings.

  • Return to oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
